PET - Preforms
Today, among all kinds of plastic, polyetilenetereftalate (PET) is the most ecological and enviroment friendly material. That is the reason why we have started with the production of PET-preforms which can be treated by "blowing" air and heat forming PET-bottles, usually near the filling bottles company. Plans are made for the expansion of the PET-preforms selections, including the manufacture of bottle caps.
The annual capacity of "Husky" for the production of PET-preforms is 80 million pieces. The plant is built using the latest, most sophisticated technology in the world, including the computer guided primary material preparation (drying), molding and injection of PET into 48 molding caps and automatic preforms packing.
Different colours of the high quality 24, 42, 45 g preforms are available for shaping 0.5 lit., 1lit., 1.5 lit. and 2 litre PET bottles.
The PET-preforms are packed into "Octabin" cardboard
boxes which guarantee the requested hygenic conditions during delivery of
the products. PET-preforms are usually shaped in PET-bottles close to the
filling plants.
Transport packages, Tables and chairs
The production programme of transport packages includes boxes for fish, fruits, wine, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. A special offer includes tables and chairs for terraces, gardens, hotels, pubs, taverns etc. These tables and chairs can be used indoors and outdoors as well.
The annual capacity for the production of transport packages, tables and chairs is of 500.000 pieces. The injecting machines are automatic, cumputer guided, with a pressing force of 850 and 1.100 kN for the production of 3kg and 5 kg manufactured goods. In Ipor there are two other injecting machines with the pressing force of 135 and 195 kN for the production of goods weighting 250 and 350 grams.
High quality polyethilene (PE) cases of different dimensions and colours are made using molding and injection process.
Our selection includes tables and chairs of different colours made of strenghtened polypropilene (PP) used as garden sets. These products have the following advantages : simplicity in maintenance, easy storage and resistance to mechanical shocks.
